This furnished four bedroom home is located on the highest point in Poker Flat and features a spectacular unobstructed 270° vista of Lake Tulloch, Table Mountain and surrounding hills from the living areas and wrap-around decks. It sits in a special location - quiet, peaceful and private with a better view than lakefront homes.

Poker Flat, also known as Lake Tulloch Shores, Copperopolis, is a gated subdivision with 11 developed parks, five marinas and a launch ramp. Tenants will have a boat slip at one of the Poker Flat marinas and access to all facilities including parks and swimming areas.

The part of the upper deck where the tables and BBQ are located faces east. In the summer it is shaded from the hot late-afternoon sun and is shielded from glare off the lake. Beware of south and west facing decks as they may be too hot on summer afternoons to use until the sun goes down.
